Pre-Litigation Report

Our pre-litigation report is a condensed report consisting of a 1 page witness statement with a signed statement of truth together with a table of results.  It is designed to be used in pre-litigation cases to aid in the negotiation and settlement of claims at an early stage.

The report is case specific, addressing the particular features of each claim, such as the age of any drivers, the driving licence profile, occupation and location.

All quotations are obtained inline with SGC’s rigorous audit processes.

A full report can be provided if the matter is litigated.
