The Team

Led by its Directors, SG Consultancy has established a team of skilled case handlers drawn from the insurance industry, whose role it is to undertake research and provide CPR compliant evidence of Basic Hire Rates. In structuring the operation, we have worked closely with counsel to ensure the integrity of the evidence produced and processes by which such evidence is obtained.

Case handlers are supported by dedicated quality control and administration staff, working together to ensure that the highest level of quality and service is delivered to our clients. Our resourcing model operates on a ratio of 1 secretarial assistant to 2 case handlers. This enables the case handlers to concentrate on what they do best, gathering and preparing evidence, leaving the secretarial team to produce documents to the required high standards.

It is fundamental to SG Consultancy’s principle of ensuring integrity that all members of the team are permanent, employed staff who  operate within the strict guidelines set down by management. Our resourcing model and employment methodology ensures that our service levels and quality are maintained even in times of peak demand.
